ECW provides the three E’s above by marketing, installing, and maintaining wind and solar systems for a wide array of clients. These clients including residential, small business, government, schools, and industry.

Mike Figura and his partners at Eco Concepts Development started Eco Concepts Realty in 2007 as Asheville's only "green" real estate company that focuses exclusively in sustainable real estate.

Mike Figura, ECO, is currently Eco Concepts Realty's sole real estate broker.

Mike's training in sustainable development began with his education at the University of Virginia, where he graduated with degrees in Environmental Science and Environmental Thought in Practice. Mike has since gained significant experience in both residential and commercial real estate. He has been a real estate broker since 2005 and was trained by Scott Carter, a local real estate expert.

Mike believes that an active and engaged community is an important part of sustainable places, so he volunteers with many organizations in Asheville. Mike is the chair of the Eco Consultants Division with the Asheville Board of Realtors. He sits on New Life Journal’s Green Home Experts Board and also writes a Sustainable Planning column for New Life Journal. Mike is on the board of the local affordable housing non-profit Neighborhood Housing Services and is a member of the Western North Carolina Green Building Council.

Mike is passionate about helping people make their lives more sustainable through the purchase of green and urban property. He offers a relaxing and professional approach to helping people with real estate transactions.
