How do you usually dispose of the agricultural wastes, such as crop straw, rice husk, peanut shell, corncob and giant grass? Burn them? Pile them up? Or just leave them where they are? Here another more lucrative method is introduced: To produce them into pellets with the help of biomass pellet plant.
Features of biomass pellet plant
1. One-stop production of crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling and packing.
2. All the individual machines adopt advanced design, ensuring high work efficiency, long life time and low maintenance cost.
3. Both large and small capacity is available, from 500kg/h to 10t/h.
4. Diesel engine can be adopted for district with electricity shortage
Machines included and production of agricultural waste pellets
1. Crushing-biomass hammer mill
Before all other procedures, crush straw or other materials into particles less than 5mm.
2. Drying-biomass dryer
Biomass pellet mill requires the moisture content of its feedstock to be 12%-17%.
3. Pelletizing-biomass pellet mill
As the soul part of biomass pellet production line, pellet mill is the place where raw naterials are reshaped and cut.
4. Cooling-pellet cooler
Produced pellets can reach to 90-95℃,so a biomass pellet cooler is required for fear that malfunction should happen to subsequent equipment.
5. Packing-pellet packing machine
After all the above procedures, agricultural waste pellets should be properly packed so that convenient storage and transportation can be realized.
Application of agricultural waste pellets
1. Fuel: Produced pellets can be used as fuel for both industrial manufacturing and home heating.
2. Animal bedding: Pellet animal bedding has higher absorbency, more convenience and better value than straw and chip bedding.
3. Animal feed: Apart from the above two application, agricultural waste pellet can also be used as animal feed.
