Impact crusher, also named as impact crushing machine, may have failures if working for a much longer period. If these failures can not be effectively solved, working efficiency of impact crusher will be seriously influenced. By making the intensive study, finding out the weak link and laying down the plans, FTM technicians have made the comprehensive improvements on structure of impact crushing machine.
For the rotors of impact crusher, they are cast by the gray iron. For the gray iron, it is featured in the excellent cutting performance, strong wear resistance and prominent casting performance. Rotors made of gray iron are not easy to be damaged and stable in performance. What’s more, by operating the impact crusher equipped with rotors made of gray iron, you can save a lot to make the maintenance work.
Impacting hammer, being cast with white iron, has four angles. To fully utilize the groove space of rotors, FTM technicians change the working way of hammer plates from single face to two faces. For the convenience to fix the hammer plates axially, FTM technicians still retain the baffle groove on the end face and thicken the hammer plates from 90mm to 118mm. Rotors do not need change. To improve the shape of stool plate, Fote technicians choose to move down the 45°groove for 41mm.
Through the above improvements, Fote technicians have improved the working efficiency of impact crusher for one or two times. As to the working capacity of impact crusher, it is improved for one time. By using the upgraded stone impact crusher, you can save a lot for maintenance work.
