Webiomass Inc. manufactures and distributes (across North America) wood pellet boiler systems (15-400KW) for residential and commerical markets. Made in USA at our Rutland Vermont facility, our boilers employ the latest technology including self cleaning boiler, self cleaning burner, modulating to 30%, advanced diagnostics, and horizontally fired gun burners. Our burner design allows our boilers to burn up-and-coming alternative fuel pellet sources including grass and other feedstocks. Webiomass boilers are in grass pellet research facilities at Cornell University and SUNY Canton. Our 150KW commercial boiler was selected over 18 manufacturers world-wide, for installation at the award winning Galtere Renewable Energy Center in Preston MN. Our products are distributed through a dealer network in the US and Canada.

Webiomass boilers are built in the US from primarily domestic components (over 83%) under license from Woodpecker Energy UK, the leading pellet boiler manufacturer in the UK. The residential line has been installed in North America since 2008. Commercial installations began in 2011.

Residential boilers (15,25,45KW output) standard features include: Our own horizontally fired gun burner, Modulating output (30-100%), efficient (up tp 94% EN14785,) quiet operation, UL/CSA/ASME/CRN approved for indoor installation, low emmissions (meets world-wide standards,) automated burner and boiler cleaning as well as de-ash for minimal maintnance, and easy to use controls. On board diagnostics with error list log for ease of service. Automatic fuel refill systems are modular and can be added at any time. Because of our unique burner design our boiler have the ability to burn up-and-coming pelletized fuel sources including grass and other feedstock. Units fit through 26" doorway.
