Tom Metzguer is a RESNET-Certified HERS Energy Rater offering ratings for Energy Star certification, Energy Efficient Mortgages, Energy Improvement Mortgages, and/or energy code compliance. He is also a BPI-Certified Building Analyst and Envelope Professional.
