What kind of business partner do you want at the LED lighting industry?
Nearly every foreign customers had bad experience in China. Most of them couldn't find a reliable supplier in China. Finding an honest businessman in China seems very difficult , so many bosses had money on their heart, rather than put customers in their heart.
How many of you had ever met such situations when you buy the LED lighting fixture from China?
1. You find a nice suppliers at HK fair or other fairs, and you get very good quality samples from them, you showed the sample to your customers, customers order the quantity from you,you gave the order to the supplier. When you get the goods, it is totally different from the samples. You can't send the goods to your customer because you don't want lose your reputation.
2. When you buy the LED lighting products from the supplier, supplier give you three years warranty. The transaction went very smooth firstly, customer was happy and you are happy. But three months later, there are some products broken, so you want the supplier to handle the customer's complaints, the supplier stupidly ask you to delivery the broken products which it will cost more than the goods itself.
