The total investment of our company amounts to RMB 80 million Yuan; our registered capital amounts to RMB 22 million Yuan; “资江” is our registered trademark of our products; and the factory area has been exceeding 80000 square meters and the workshop area is up to 30000 square meters; with faculty of only 480 staff our annual production value can reach RMB 200 million Yuan. As a member of Hydroelectric Equipment Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association (CEEIA), our company is certified as one of the noted professional manufacturers of Small & Medium sized hydroelectric equipment in China.

We have empoldered and produced more than 400 kinds of hydro-turbine and generator units since the company was founded. Our products have won the honor of Hunan Famous Brand Product for consecutive 12 years. We have signed plenty of contracts with many foreign clients around the world and successfully erected various type of hydro power plant since we exported the first Francis turbine generator units to Sri Lanka and won high praise from the employer in 1985. It has been more than 3,000 sets of our hydro generator installed worldwide, all of which are running well.

I. Development evolution of our company:
In 1969, our company was founded, its name was Shaoyang Machinery Factory, the business scope was turbine generator units and military equipment.
In 1973, Business of hydroelectric equipment manufacturing was separated from Shaoyang Machinery Factory. Hunan Shaoyang Hydraulic Generator Factory, a professional manufacturer of hydroelectric equipment, was established.
In 1980, Hunan Shaoyang Hydraulic Generator Factory merged the former mother factory-- Shaoyang Machinery Factory, and the company expanded.
In 1990, our company was renamed as Shaoyang Hydroelectric Equipment General Factory, had 6 branch factories under its command, they were Turbine Branch Factory, Hydraulic Generator Branch Factory, Casting Branch Factory, Cold working Branch Factory, Machine Maintenance Branch Factory and Electric Equipment Branch Factory.
In 2002, our company was renamed as Shaoyang Zijiang Hydroelectric Equipment Co., Ltd.
In 2004, private entrepreneur Mr. Ziming Chen purchased our company by the means of overall acquisition. And our company pushed reform turning state-owned enterprise into standard joint-stock company. Its name was changed to Shaoyang Hengyuan Zijiang Hydroelectric Equipment Co., Ltd.
On March 13, 2010, a contract of purchasing the right to use land of 112056 square meters between our company and Shaoyang Baoqing Industrial Park was signed. Our company will erect a new factory in Baoqing Industrial Park. This factory can produce various types of hydraulic generator sets of 50- 5,0000 kW per unit and its annual production value will be more than RMB 500 million.
On February 27, 2012, Mrs. Jinlian Zhong purchased full share of Shaoyang Hengyuan Zijiang Hydroelectric Equipment Co., Ltd.

III. Market Experiences
In 1981, the delegation of United Nations inspected our company.
In 1985, one set of Francis turbine generator set, two sets of Pelton turbine generator sets were exported to Sri Lanka. Our products entered the international market.
In 1985, America expert, Mr. Stepay signed a contract of purchasing Francis turbine generator set with us after visiting our company.
From 1985 to 2002, our products were sold to Sri Lanka, Iran, Nepal and Pakistan, and so on in succession.
In 2007, we signed the first sales contract of a complete set of equipment of a power station--Dalong Hydro Power Station in Vietnam. The set is running well after commissioning in 2008.
In 2008, we won a contract on complete sets of equipment of 2×5,000 kW double-nozzle Pelton turbine generator sets and manufactured all these equipments in accordance with American standards.
In 2009, the asynchronous hydro turbine generator sets exported to Korea was operated successfully.
