| The CEO : Adabre Akasoba Frank is the Chief Executive Officer of NorthLite Solar. He is personally responsible for business development for the company. He also exercises oversight supervision of the administration, technical and marketing functions, contacts and time for the running of the business. |
| The MD: The Managing Director is also in charge of the strategic planning process and personally involved in marketing products of the company.Celina Nyaaba Adabre (MRS) is also a social worker and a resourceful entrepreneur skills development officer. |
| Administration and Accounts: Ms. Patience Abiro is the administration and Finance officer with a level of dynamism in relation to her professional support for the company. |
| Sales and Marketing: The sales and marketing functions include talking to the potential customers, visiting the potential customers on site; explaining how the system works and taking sales orders. The marketing personnel are given quarterly targets which they must endeavor to achieve. The Sales and Marketing in NorthLite Solar is headed by Henry Agwor.

Installation and maintenance section: heads the installation and maintenance section of this business. Technicians at this department undertake the maintenance of the system. This generally includes testing solar systems such as lanterns that are imported by the company, replacing faulty component parts, and undertaking installation of large systems. The technicians explain the operation of the system to the customer after sales and installation. They also undertake preventive maintenance at regular intervals or when called upon by the client when faults occur.
