- We, Gujarat Borosil Ltd which was founded by Kherukas Family (Shri. B.L Kheruka & Shri. P.K. Kheruka) in 1985, was the largest manufacturer of Clear Sheet Glass. We know started to make textured tempered solar glass for Solar PV Modules and has set up a state of the art, Low iron, high transmission, solar glass manufacturing facility from West Europe at Bharuch, Gujarat, India, with a per day production capacity of 150 MT ( 600 MW/Annum ). We have set up a world class tempering line in order to meet high quality requirement of PV module making customers. The glass panels are tempered to a very high degree of flatness, obtained from our state-of the-art glass tempering line, designed to keep within tolerances of flatness required by the international solar PV Panel industry. We will be able to fulfil all requirements of Low Iron one side textured solar glass in 3.2 mm & 4 mm thicknesses for Solar PV & thermal applications ,in prismatic / matt and matt / matt texture. The specifications of BOROSIL's tempered solar glass meets all the parameters of International standards. BOROSIL ships its Low Iron solar glass to various reputed customers across Italy, Germany and other parts of Europe & in addition to USA.
