Personal Statement: First and foremost I am a real estate broker in the Research Triangle of NC. My wife, Lory, and I work as a team, and we divide our time almost equally between listing and selling properties. I am also a licensed General Contractor with NC. Lory and I work with only a select few properties in urban areas to restore the classic charm of homes that have fallen into disrepair. I am finding that the "greening" of older residential properties has lagged behind commercial and new residential construction. I am looking for partners in our geographic area who can help not only with restoration, but also with over 200 existing customers we serve here.
