Our business model ensures that unemployed and disenfranchised youth in the rural communities are afforded the opportunity to be trained in a number of interventions namely Solar Water Heating, Heat Pumps, Solar and LED lighting, Waste Management, Recycling and Carbon Footprint workshops.

Our "Creating a Working Future" initiative is geared for maximum community participation by training the community to perform their installations and earn a sustainable wage at the same time.
