It is one of subsidiaries of Shougang Concord Technology Houlding Ltd, which is listed in Hongkong stock exchange (stock code HK0512). The company was engaged in development of electric power automation software and system integration at first, but with the rapid development of domestic LED lighting industry and in demand of Group industry structure adjustment, the company entered into LED lighting industy through merger and acquisition in 2005.
